A complete solution for your company's destruction needs.
Every single business in operation across the globe has information that
will at some point require destruction, regardless of the company's size or
type. That is because every business has papers, files and records that contain
confidential data. When it comes to record destruction, you'll need to destroy
any of the following (and these are just a few):
- Account records or ledgers
- ATM receipts
- Bank Statements
- Bids, estimates and quotations
- Birth certificates and other copies of vital records
- Cancelled or voided checks
- Contracts
- Credit card bills
- Credit reports
- Customer lists
- Anything that contains maiden names
- Items with names, addresses, phone numbers and/or email addresses
- ID cards
- Pay stubs
- Invoices
- Financial records
- Maps or blueprints
- Marketing developments or plans
- Minutes from meetings
And this already long list is only a fraction of the types of records that
your business has a legal obligation to securely destroy at the end of their
life cycle.
Secure Record Destruction, Step by Step:
It is one thing to say secure record destruction, but quite another to actually
perform it.
The process starts by deciding when and where your records will be shredded.
Not only do we provide economical and highly secure offsite shredding at our
industrial sized facility; but we can also handle on-site destruction, when
you'll need to have a representative present.
For all company's who use our shredding services, we're happy to provide
you with secure storage consoles and bins for collection purposes. These are
secured with either a keyed or combination lock. Put these in your file room,
your copy and mail rooms. Whenever your regularly scheduled destruction date
rolls around, we'll be there to pick up your files in our secure vans and
trucks. All of our drivers have passed a rigorous background screening, so
you can rest assured that your information will still be safe even when it's
out of your possession.
Assuming you elect to have your record destruction handled offsite, once
your information has traveled from your site to ours, the destruction process
begins. All of your records are shredded through our very powerful industrial
shredders and the tiny fragments are mixed into 1500 pound bales with the
equally tiny fragments from other company's destroyed items. And the process
doesn't stop there.
Because we're interested in the security of your information and the conservation
of the environment, each of those 1500 pound bales is taken directly from
our facility to be recycled immediately. By the time we're done with your
record destruction, you (or identity thieves) will never be able to recognize
your files.
This means that there is NEVER a chance that your confidential information
will ever turn up in landfills or dumpsters for anyone to find. And, at the
end of the process, we'll be happy to provide you with a Certificate of Destruction
free of charge.
